Hi,

My sister bought the HDB under Sibling scheme with my brother (Both PR).

Now my sister has family and want to sell her HDB to buy a new one for her family but the brother insist do NOT want to sell it.

What is my sister option?
Can she force sell the HDB even the brother doesn't want to? Any solution?

Morning,

Unfortunately, the sales of property requires the signature from all owners. With the unit purchase under older DB resale scheme, your brother will not be eligible to purchase the unit from your sister. I would deem that both of them talk things out before moving on.
